TVF is honored to announce that we were able to award more than $22,000 in grants for 2017, including:
The Douglas E. Price Award for Innovation was awarded to the applicants from Emily Gray Junior High for an integrated 7th grade Language Arts and Social Studies curriculum based on I Am Malala, by Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai
Other grants approved include:
- 6th grade STEAM curriculum at ACES
- 4th grade robotics curriculum at TVES
- makerspace cart for ACES library
- mentor texts for language arts curriculum at ACES and TVES
- Vernier data collection equipment for TVHS Physics courses
- kiln for TVHS art program
